Rebranding
Purpose
Due to the image created by competitors, one of our programs, circuit training, had a perception of being geared towards older individuals. To dispel that notion and attract a younger audience, we strengthened the branding
The goal was to increase the number of members aged 20 to 40
My roles
Branding, Photo direction, Photo retouching, Creating design assets
・Developed branding rules to ensure a cohesive look and feel across the creative materials
・Proposed a new image preferred by individuals in their 20s and 30s to strengthen the company’s branding
・Arranged for models, a photographer, and a studio, and directed the photoshoot within a limited budget
・Retouched photos to enhance image quality, shading, color, and lighting
Measurable results
The number of members aged 20 to 40 increased by 15% within one year
